COVID-19

There is so much that should, and probably needs, to be said about the COVID-19 pandemic that we could easily preach on this topic for a couple of months and still only scratch the surface.  Fortunately, John Piper (one of our favorite authors) recently wrote a book entitled "Coronavirus and Christ."  Audio and PDF versions are available for free online (click on the image below).  Daniel Bates (one of the leaders at Anchor Church) also preached a sermon about COVID-19 entitled "Paul's 'Secret' Weapon Against Coronavirus."  We would be glad to talk to you.  if you have additional questions.

Our church service will look a little different for the foreseeable future.  In order to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and in deference to our political leaders:

Please stay home if you have COVID.

If you just "have a cold", then you are welcome to come but please wear a mask at church.  If you have COVID, we ask that you stay home for the first five days of illness, as recommended by current CDC guidelines.

If you stay home, please join us via Zoom for Sunday worship.

Please contact us if you would like a Zoom link.  Also, please inform us so we can serve you well.

Masks are welcome but not required.

We are not requiring masks, but we welcome them if they make you feel more comfortable.

Most importantly, keep seeking, treasuring, and proclaiming Jesus.  Coronavirus is a problem and there are challenging decisions that will need to be made on a private and public level.  However, coronavirus is not bigger than Jesus.  Jesus is still the Ruler of the Universe.  Keep your eyes on Him...because Jesus is better.
