LEADERSHIP
Roger Ferrell
Roger and Caroline Ferrell are missionaries with Multiply Maine (www.multiplymaine.com), which they founded to see gospel-centered / gospel-proclaiming churches for all peoples in all places in Maine. Roger has helped start dozens of new churches in the US and Canada as a regional missionary in the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and coordinates church planting in Maine for the Baptist Convention of New England (BCNE). He has helped as a pastor, church planter, and worship leader and he and Caroline have been consulting with churches and nonprofits for 25 years. They have been married for 30 years, and have homeschooled four children: Bennett, Sam, Emmie, and Isaiah. The Ferrells live in Edgecomb and love hiking, exploring new places, playing music together, and lots of good books.

Daniel Bates
Daniel and Terri Bates have lived in Boothbay since 2011, but Terri actually grew up in the area. They have been married for sixteen years and have four boys (16, 14, 12, and 8) and one girl (15)! Daniel works at a local Emergency Department as a physician. Terri is a stay-at-home mother and a temporarily retired Emergency Medicine nurse. Nothing strengthens the marriage bond like doing a resuscitation together! They love holding hands, hanging out with their kids, taking walks, watching movies (particularly the Lord of the Rings), making (and eating!) delicious food, sitting in front of a warm fire, gardening, and landscaping.
